Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and prohibition from re-registering.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile telephone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 1jj3 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where a closure request coincides with active bets or pending bonus wagering requirements, the Platform's standard settlement procedures will apply before final closure and any eligible balance withdrawal.
1jj3 is required to verify the identity and age of its users in accordance with the standards of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Withdrawals are only permitted to users who have completed KYC verification, have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds, and have a verified payment method on file. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

No bonus, reward or promotional offer shall be considered automatically earned or guaranteed unless specified in writing by the Platform. 1jj3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments made to users prior to any such change.
All bets placed on the 1jj3 sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino and gaming products are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections — including match, market type, odds and stake amount — before confirming placement.
All displayed odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the Platform. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; users accept this variability when placing in-play wagers on cricket, football, UFC or any other live markets.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session or betting transaction, the Platform's records shall be the primary reference point for dispute resolution. 1jj3 accepts no liability for losses resulting from the User's own internet connectivity failures or device issues.

1jj3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction; or reasonable grounds for suspecting money laundering or other financial crime.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be void and forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed by the User to the Platform (including reversed bonuses and any fees incurred) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method where technically feasible, subject to completion of required verification.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (plain text — not a link). The Platform will process eligible remaining balances following settlement of any open bets and completion of KYC where required.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, unless applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction of residence requires otherwise.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
1jj3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
